The Site is operated from India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

namestyles.net provides a free online tool that converts regular text into various Unicode‑based stylish fonts. You enter a name or word, and the Service generates multiple styled versions. These styles are created using standard Unicode characters and are intended for aesthetic purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Site or Service for any unlawful, prohibited, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others (including trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights).

Generated Names: The styled text generated by our tool is created using standard Unicode characters that are in the public domain. While you may use the generated names for personal or commercial purposes, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe any third‑party trademark, copyright, or other right. namestyles.net does not claim ownership over the specific string of Unicode characters generated for you.

Third‑Party Marks: Any mention of Instagram, Free Fire, BGMI, WhatsApp, or other third‑party brands is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

5. User Contributions & Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback (e.g., new style categories), you grant us an unrestricted, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Service without any obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. We do not guarantee that the generated stylish names will be compatible with all third‑party platforms or games, as those platforms may change their Unicode support at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAMESTYLES.NET AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ₹100 (ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES).

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability) shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
